A unique husband and wife team, combining custom home building and design, handles the entire custom home building for clients. From the first initial design meetings where the design team works to make a client’s vision and dreams come to life to the actual build and move-in date, Kovalinskiy Design will walk their clients through every step of the way until the keys are in hand. The process begins with an in-person interview to determine if both parties are a good fit for a 9-12 month long partnership. Kovalinskiy Design then starts to scope out the house plans clients love and begin one of many design meetings to get that vision in their head to come to life. Once the designs are approved and the financing set, the actual build begins and is handled by Vitaliy, the commercial and residential contractor. No more middle man design team or communications team. Kovalinskiy Design is right there at a click of the phone (even during a late-night Pinterest inspiration.)
