Outfitted with custom drawn conferred ceilings, arches, a reingeneered open floor plan, and oversized doors. We customized everything in the home and added our own special touches to the layout and design.
Building took 9 months once the paperwork went through.
Stay tuned for the Kovalinskiy portfolio house dubbed The Napoleon. Estimated completion date: July 2021.
